Going back to school with new offers.
TL;DR: the company wanted to win back customers with exclusive offers as the price was a part of the decision they ported. This campaign was unfortunately cancelled due to the merging of teleco brands and the budget was moved towards those comms.
My role: strategy, copy, editing, and collaboration with designers to optimize new DM templates and tone of voice for churned customers. These new templates are still in use.
